How can I pay?

We accept cash on delivery only.

What are your delivery service hours?

Our hours of operation are 7 days a week, 12pm – 8pm.
Guaranteed delivery within 2 hours.

ALL DELIVERIES ARE SUBJECT TO WEATHER AND UNCONTROLLABLE CONDITIONS.

What is your delivery area?

We are currently proud to service Toronto, Mississauga, Scarborough, North York, and Thornhill.

Any areas outside of the delivery zone may be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us via Phone, Email or What’s App text.

What to expect when I meet the delivery driver?

Expect to meet the driver outside at the address indicated. Driver will not deliver to an unsafe area. Please ensure you have put a phone number at which we can text or call you to ensure delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Mistakes happen. If you would like to make adjustments to your order after its been placed, please contact us immediately at 1 (437) 230-1654 and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes! We are currently offering a delivery to your door within 2 hrs.

Can I return products to FTTP?

Under some circumstances, some products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. For more info, please email orders@flowertothepeople.ca

Will I have to show my ID when I receive a delivery?

You will be asked to provide a selfie with a photo issued government ID. The person on the ID must be present during delivery.

At FTTP, we do not serve minors ever, period! We reserve the right to cancel delivery if we suspect you’re underage.

How do I place bulk orders?
